Bedrooms, primary suites, second stories, in-law units. The roofline and trim will match what you've got.
Typical build: 3 to 6 months
Remodels
Kitchens, baths, whole-house jobs. We open the walls, see what the last guy did, and fix it right.
Typical build: 6 weeks to 4 months
Garages, decks and porches
Detached garages, shops, covered porches, decks. Small jobs get the same crew and the same warranty.

Walkthrough
We come out, look at the house or the lot, and hear what you want. No charge, no pressure.

Written estimate
A line-item, fixed-price estimate within two weeks. Allowances for finishes are spelled out, so nothing sneaks up on you later.

Plans and permits
We finish the drawings and submit them to the city or county. The start date gets set once permits land.

Build
Every week you get photos and what's coming next. Change orders get priced in writing before the work happens.

Final walkthrough
We walk it together, make a punch list, and close it out. Then the two-year warranty starts.
